About our store and how to shop

There are over 1,800 products to choose from in our online store. Before you start shopping you can decide if you want to keep track of your sales or not. If you don't want to keep track, then you do not need to register, if you want to keep track of all your sales, then you have to register. Click here to explain what you should do if you are not sure. We do not keep stock of the items on our premises for more details, please visit Shipping and delivery times.

Not all our products are listed. You can also visit our online catalogue http://www.promogifts.co.za/wizardsatplay/ to view more items for adults and for gifting ideas. It includes clothing, jackets, BBQ sets, bar fridges, memory sticks, knives, pens... too many to mention. You won’t be able to purchase the items in that catalogue online, but you can email the item code and colour to engs@wizardsatplay.co.za and we will quote you accordingly. If you can not find what you are looking for, please let us know and we will try our best to source it for you. Remember to look under our SPECIALS tab for products at discounted prices (this is only while stocks last)

The images on our site are only used as guidelines as colour, and at times the style, might differ slightly from actual product due to trend changes and it is difficult to keep up at times. If you require a specific colour please let us know so we can assist where possible.

Please note that you can either transfer the money electronically or use Payfast to pay with your Master/Visa card. If you use the Payfast option, a fee is charged. Please refer to the Payment options at the bottom of the screen or CLICK HERE to be directed to the Payment details

Gifting

If the product/s you have chosen is meant to be a gift, we will gladly have it gift wrapped and delivered. Included will be a card with your wishes. (Happy Birthday, Well wishes, etc) The additional fee for the gift wrap and card will only be R20 per gift. If you have purchased more than one items, but would only like one wrapped, please make a note in the box when checking out. If you are purchasing items from the gift registry that somebody has set up, this service is free. Read more under "Gift registry" on how to create your own gift registry.
